ABOUT JULIA

Hello! My name is Julia Radditz, and I’m a REALTOR® with over 16 years of experience in real estate sales & professional property management. I specialize in residential property sales at the North Oregon coast, and I have local knowledge and solid business experience to help my clients. Whether you are buying or selling, you can rest assured knowing that I will be there helping you every step along the way.

I am an excellent listener and with my bright smile, warm handshake and positive attitude, you can feel comfortable trusting me to understand your needs. Taking it back to basics, I practice a solutions-oriented approach to business & life. Through tireless work behind the scenes, straightforward communication & attention to detail, my clients are able to enjoy a relationship with a reliable & diligent Realtor who is truly on their side.

I’m a proud native Oregonian, and am excited to welcome new people to this wonderful place. I am a fourth-generation Portlander who now calls Warrenton “home”. I graduated from New York University in 2004. While I’m not working, some of my favorite pastimes include cooking, snuggling with all the dogs, mushroom hunting, and fishing with my husband, who is an outfitter and fishing guide.

Interesting Facts About Julia

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon. 4th generation Portlander.
Julia was raised as a beach kid, growing up in Gearhart on weekends and summers, while her parents renovated their beach home as a vacation getaway for family and friends to enjoy.
Julia’s ancestors have a very interesting history in Clatsop County, including her great grandfather who platted and named the presidential and tree streets in Cannon Beach.
Julia is married and lives in Warrenton with her husband, Drake Radditz, fishing outfitter and guide. They love outdoor activities including fishing, crabbing, mushroom hunting, boating, hiking, beach combing, and just about anything else outdoors.
Bachelor of Arts, New York University.
Always game for exploration and adventure, Julia once climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. She loves domestic and international travel.
She became an amateur boxer in college. In 2004, Julia won USA Boxing National Championship, and also the NY Golden Gloves in Madison Square Garden.
Julia has served on the board of Seaside Rotary Club, and Columbia Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Julia believes in giving back to the local community, and is proud to be able to support local organizations, along with all Totem Properties agents, including Assistance League of the Columbia Pacific, Clatsop Animal Assistance, Clatsop CASA, Helping Hands Reentry Outreach Centers, Rotary Club of Seaside, and Sunset Empire Park + Recreation District.
