The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen lend to a relaxed ambiance. French doors open to a large deck with views of the river. The deck is constructed of Brazilian Ipe wood. Cable deck railings preserve the view.

The great room showcases a natural stone fireplace (propane), reclaimed wood accents, and tongue and groove Pine ceilings. A wet bar features soapstone countertops, a copper sink, and wine cooler.
